About Me
I’m a passionate journalism student at Leeds Beckett University, with a deep love for storytelling and a commitment to amplifying voices through the media. My interest in journalism sparked from a young age, driven by my fascination with how news can uncover truths, shape public perception, and create meaningful conversations. Whether through broadcasting, investigative reporting, or multimedia storytelling, I aim to engage audiences and shed light on important issues in a way that resonates with people. With a strong foundation in writing, research, critical thinking, and broadcasting, I’ve had the privilege of working on significant projects, including covering Election Night for ITV, interviewing MPs like Rachel Reeves, and documenting university sports tours abroad, capturing the experiences and stories of athletes on the road. In the future, I’m eager to pursue a career in broadcast journalism, where I can combine my skills and curiosity to bring stories to life across television and digital platforms. I’m particularly excited about the potential of investigative journalism and the evolving landscape of digital broadcasting, and I’m eager to explore new ways to inform, inspire, and connect people through the power of the media.
